April 29th we hosted an in-depth Academy session on Data Snapshots. Within the session we looked at existing Data Snapshot capabilities as well as the new Australia delivered enhancements for your KPI indicators.
Traditional analytics often rely on historical data, leaving teams reactive rather than proactive. Through Data Snapshots and specifically (Australia delivered) Intraday Analytics this changes by enabling organizations to monitor live operational data throughout the day, identify emerging trends, and make informed decisions before small issues become big problems. Data Snapshots are the engine that makes it possible — capturing point-in-time data to power accurate, real-time intraday visibility within the ServiceNow platform.
In this session, we do an overview of current existing Platform Analytics Data Snapshot capabilities. And specifically walk through new Australia features, for example how Intraday Analytics works, the role Data Snapshots play in enabling it, and demonstrate how your team can leverage these capabilities to drive faster, smarter operational outcomes.
