Aged Incident Report

Hi there,

We have a requirement for an aged incident report as a time series. So it would show lines for incidents less than 7 days old, between 7-14 days, between 14-30 days etc. over the last 2 or 3 years.

We've tried setting this up in PA with little success. Would someone be able to advise how we can configure this report?

Hi @Doireboy ,

It make sense, my only question is you wrote "over the last 12 months". PA will not be able to capture "over the last 12 months"... but will only capture going forward.

Hi @AndersBGS

It's fine if we can't look at historical data and can only capture the info going forward. It will still be very useful for us to track these trends going forward.

Thanks again for your assistance with this.

Hello, you can create new ranges with your requirements and create report based on that configuration.
