Hello,
How should I create a report that displays a percentage according to a formula?
For example:
I need to represent a percentage according to a list of a period:
(Incidents in which the resolved time is > 5 days) / (total of Resolved Incidents) = x%.
I need to display this percentage on the screen.
Thank you,

Hi @TaianaR
PA is Performance Analytics
it's the other way of reporting
traditional Report and Dashboards are going to get replace by PA in the future
here is good blog on the PA
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @TaianaR
You need to use PA here. It's not possible with the basic reporting.
Create two automated indicators (Total incidents resolved and incidents took more than 5 days to resolve). Then create a formula indicator to calculate the percentage.

Siva
