Registration link is broken. When I click on "register now", I receive that following message:

"The 'redirect_uri' parameter must be a Login redirect URI in the client app settings: https://servicenowsignon-admin.okta.com/admin/app/oidc_client/instance/0oand1oldeZcj3flj0x7#tab-gene..."

We are not able to see software installations for workstations. Please suggest, do we need to unable this feature, or this is part of this release.
