Ci field is empty in asset record

Hi All,

In asset record the configuration item field is empty.But the asset has the respective ci in the computer table

Does anyone have any idea?

Does the configuration item have the 'asset' field populated? Potentially someone has done a background script / fix script and not kept data in line?

yes there is an asset populated .

How to synchronize this thing? .Is there any OOTB thing need to check or do i need to have a fix script to update?

There isn't a scheduled job to fix this, you would need to implement a fix script to correct the data yourself
