Hello,
We have recently installed SAM pro plugin along with Service Graph Connector. We had sccm 2016 before. Everyday now scheduled import runs and data gets pulled in CMDB tables through robust transform map. However we are unsure how/where data is going from 'sn_sccm_integrate_sccm_2019_removed_software' import set table? Moreover recently we are seeing different sorts of comments in this table which are as follow. Any suggestion on why are we getting these errors or what will be the impact will be helpful.
- Computer CI has multiple ResourceId skipping remove software processing of computer source native key: resource id |connection id
- Computer CI not found for computer source native key: resource id |connection id
Thanks & Regards,
Madhu

Hi @Madhu43,
some notes I've thinking about:
- Did you follow the proposed migration process from legacy SCCM to SG-SCCM - Upgrade from the legacy SCCM plugin to the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM (servicenow.co...
- Error No. 1, it seems that a device exists several times in your SCCM. For the ServiceNow CMDB, the "CI identification rules" take care about unique CI records when working with multiple sources. More details about the current setting of rules and the identifiers can be found in the CI Class Manager - Identification rules (servicenow.com). However, there seem to be problems here and the skipped devices are provided from the SCCM source with different resource IDs. It is best to check in the source system SCCM whether the named devices exist twice.
If this doesn't help, I would recommend to raise a support case.
Best, Dennis
