Add field to Record Information contextual panel in SOW

I have a field called affected users where we can select multiple users in the incident form. Now I want to bring this field into the Record information contextual side panel. Currently, I have Caller and Assigned to tabs in the Record information tab. Can anyone help me with this? How can I configure?

 

@DineshKumaR6579, could you please check this and help me to solve my issue?

Use ServiceNow UI Builder to modify the Record Information tab in the contextual sidebar

Here in the video he shows editing out of the box components present in the record information tab, but we want to add another tab and that too in zurich or above versions only.
