Hello Community,
I'm creating a new ACL, but when I select the table and to pick a field for this table. However not all fields are showing up.
Do you know the reason why?
I can see for example all fields for table incident, but for case table I can't see Additional Comments.

Hi,
Make sure you are creating ACL in 'Customer Service' application scope and not in Global scope.
Please change your application scope to 'Customer Service' .

Hello Damian,
This is because "Additional comments" field is derived from 'task' table. And if you need to refer this field you need to select the Task table.

I faced the same issue today and changing the scope to Human Resources : core worked for me. All the choices are now visible.
