Hello Ralton,
Do you already have the capability article templates enabled?
If not, you'll need to install the plugin "Knowledge Management Advanced".
Once installed, the setup is relatively straightforward:
1. Filter navigator -> Article Templates
2. Create a template
3. Add a field for each section and update your template:
4. Filter Navigator -> Articles -> Create New
5. Select your new template
6. Make sure to add these new fields/section to your form so click the context menu -> configure -> form design and then you'll have your template fields visible:
Note that you can add css to each field/section in the "Heading style" and "Field style" boxes if you want to add additional formatting:
If my post helped you, please click the accept solution button and hit the thumbs up! Thank you!
