Do you create release notes for your ServiceNow changes?

Good morning!  Do any of you create/publish release notes for the changes you make in the system?  If so is there a template you use?  Did you set them up in the Knowledge base?  I'd love to see/hear how you handle this.

Hi,

Currently we do send Release notes on the changes being deployed as part of Change deployment. The ways we do it is by sending it via email to all the stakeholder with template in format below:

S.No | Ticket Details | Description | Status

Just these 4 columns. Reason for sending it via email for us was if we create a Knowledge article user was not willing to login or navigate to the instance and then see it so this is how we do it.

But you can set up Knowledge articles as well and publish it to all users as well.
