Is AI Search enabled for PDI's or only on Customer Instances?

I learned that AI Search is not available for Developer instances as of now.

AI Search introduces a massive leap in search capabilities and significant improvements in Employee Experiences.
Features such as genius results, machine learning based relevancy, advanced linguistics, and advanced administrative controls and reporting will allow ServiceNow customers to build consumer grade employee experiences centered around search.
AI Search introduces an architecture change and requires provisioning new hardware for every customer in ServiceNow datacenters, which is being rolled out around the world over the first half of 2021 and is already available in a number of regions as a part of Early Availability.
If AI Search is already available for your instance, searching for “AI Search” will show the entire suite of administrative controls and no further action is required on your part:

If AI Search is in the process of being provisioned or is not yet available for your instance, you should only see a status page under the “AI Search” category:
You may see this page for one of three reasons:
- Your AI Search instance is actively being provisioned. Active provisioning will take a few hours on average. Once completed, the status page will show the updated status and the navigator menu will show the complete feature set.
- If you were an early Quebec EA adopter, your instance may not have a required write property specified. Refer to KB0869881 "New System Property to support functionality in the Quebec release to request the provisioning of required infrastructure assets" for more information on how to check if this property is set and address the issue.
- Hardware is not available in your datacenter yet. We are actively working on rolling out the required infrastructure to all regions.
If AI Search is not yet available for your instance now, please continue to check the status page in your instance and/or this KB article for updates.

As of today, the AI search option is still not active on my PDI and it displays the same old message.
