We just migrated to Helsink and I am now creating multiple knowledge bases. Is there a way I can share one Knowledge Article across multiple Knowledge Bases. I do not want to create duplicate articles, nor do I want to give users access that they do not need just for a few articles.

Margartia,
Since users can search across multiple KBs and they will only see the articles to which they are entitled, your best solution is to create a "Common" KB where articles appealing to multiple user communities would be stored. At my former company we created Knowledge Bases for HR, Facilities, IT, but things like corporate policies that applied to everyone went into a "generic" "Enterprise" KB.
Also, I believe this is on our roadmap to support, but don't quote me, I found mention of it here: Set 1 article to appear in multiple knowledge bases

Thanks, I had heard at a user group that either it is out or coming very soon. I really want to sat that person said it was available.

I'll reach out internally and see if I can get an official answer.

Fortunately / Unfortunately, the article level user criteria is only available on the Istanbul version (see docs below).
