Unable to edit catalogue item as it is checked out

I am unable to edit my catalogue item as it is currently checked out for editing in Catalog Builder by someone else. I am unable to cancel checkout using the 'cancel checkout' button on top. Is there a way I can find who has this catalogue item checked out and/or how can I force the checkout on my item.

Hi Vaishnavi,

Owner field is empty for me on the catalogue item hence I am unable to view who has the item checked out. I am unable to find help regarding checking out this item. Looks like it is stuck in a checked out state.

Hi @shivamchopra ,

The cancelling of check-out can only be done by a user with the catalog_admin role (or the admin). Does the user trying to cancel the checkout have this role ?
