getting errors while submitting the order

 

The configuration on 1 order line does not match any product model. Please check order line: [ORDL0001218]

 

Pls advise what could be reason and how to fix it.

@Learner-in-Prog - while i was trying this out in our instance, i came across one support document, it says, as below,

"if both csm and telco order management are installed on the same instance. Both sn_csm_order_mgmt and sn_ind_tmt_orm plugins cannot co-exist on the same instance. There are few validations which are hindering order line items to be created if both plugins exist."

 

may be you are trying form CSM and not installed telecom?

Hi @Learner-in-Prog - can you please provide additional details such as what kind of order are you submitting? Is this a new Add or Change/Delete? What does your Order Line(s) look like? Are you submitting this order via payload or from the workspace? At what point are you seeing this error - on submission or on approval?

Is this a new Add or Change/Delete? - ADD

What does your Order Line(s) look like? - I am able to add the Characteristics Value and looks Ok

Are you submitting this order via payload or from the workspace? - Workspace

At what point are you seeing this error - on submission or on approval? - On Submission.
