Assignment rules

We have implemented an Assignment Rule that is  run based on Date published field.  We are finding that new VIT's are bypassing this assignment rule.

 

Has anyone else has had any similar issues?

VIT's? please check is any other rule or BR running on same time which override this value?

Hi there are no BR rules overriding that we were able to find.. any other thoughts or suggestions. we could try
