Hi @vivek11
It is all about the condition you mentioned in SLA. If condition matches SLA will get attached. In you case, see the complete conditions and reset condition. Youmay need to change there.

As I said, it totally depend on trigger conditions. So if condition matched SLA get attached. There is no way to stop adding another SLA as per your requirement.
You can OLA if you want to measure the timeline for specific groups.
