PSM Shopping Hub Portal

Hello,

I am working on Shopping Hub Portal/ Ui builder, I am facing issues, when tried to move update sets from Dev instance to Test instance, updates are captured but not reflecting in the Test Instance.

Both the instance have different versions, Can someone guide me to resolve this issue.
