RPA against popup

Hi all. I am trying to apply RPA inside to simplify the work inside ServiceNow platform. And I would like to ask how can RPA capture popup and elements that cannot be identified uniquely. For example, if I want to create an incident using RPA, what should I do to enter the description and choose a caller (by simulating the typing behavior and choose the user that connects to the user table) and then move forward, how should I configure my RPA?
