Security Incident Response conference call integration

The Security Incident Response Conference Call integration enables you to manage and initiate conference call and chat for analysts, managers and affected users.

With Security Incident Response conference call feature, you can collaborate with customers and peer agents to resolve security incidents over a call. You can also collaborate using a group chat.

You can initiate conference calls using third-party communication channels such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex or Zoom meetings. To collaborate using chat, use the Sidebar chat of the SIR application.

Key features

The Security Incident Response call collaboration provides the following key features:

• SIR Managers/analysts can initiate a Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or Zoom conference call directly from the security incident.
• SIR Managers/analysts can initiate a chat directly from the SIR application.
• Invite additional participants to the call or chat.
• View call recordings and chat details.
• Send invites to participants through emails and Microsoft Teams chat.

• Manage Conference Call users and groups
  The Admin can configure conference call settings to display a predefined list of users and groups to add to a call.
• Integrate SIR with third-party communication channels
  The SIR Conference Call integration with third-party communication channels such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex, enables you to manage and initiate a call directly from a security incident.
