Consolidate quotes

    • Consolidate renewal quotes to merge multiple quotes for the same account into a single unified quote.

    Before you begin

    The admin needs to configure the Quotes related list on the Account Details page.

    Role required: sn_customerservice_manager and sn_sales_common.sales_agent.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace..
    2. In the List view, navigate to Accounts and select the required account.
    3. On the Account Details page navigate to More > Quotes.
    4. On the Quotes related list, select the quotes that you want to consolidate.
    5. Select Consolidate.
    6. In the Quote Consolidation dialog box that appears, select the target quote from the Select a target quote list.
    7. Select Proceed.
      The selected quotes are merged into the target quote. A confirmation message appears with a link to the consolidated quote. The target quote displays a Consolidation History related list that shows all source quotes that were merged into it.
