Create a single or multiple tasks for a quote and assign those to different agents. Tasks are the various actions that agents perform to create a quote.
Before you begin
Role required: sales_manager
Procedure

In the CSM Configurable Workspace, navigate to the view
and select .

Select the quote that you want to work with and select the Tasks tab.

Select New to start a new quote task or select an existing quote task to make changes.

Fill in the fields in the Quote Task form.

The quote task is added to the main quote.
