  • Use the To-do content form to add to-dos to your portal page.

    Field Description
    Title Name that identifies the to-do link.
    Content type Defines the kind of to-do link.
    • Button Complete: Employee selects a button to complete the task.
    • Play Video: Employee launches video to complete the task.
    • View Link: Employee selects a link to complete the task.
    • E-Signature: Requires an e-signature to complete to task.
    Use block content Indicates that you want to use block content in your to-do.
    Block content The block content for the to-do.
    Appears when you check Use block content.

    Active Indicates the to-do content is active and available to use.
    Button text Text describing the button. For example, to indicate completions of enrollment in a benefits plan, enter Enrollment Complete.

    Appears when Button Complete is selected from Content type.

    E-signature template The e-signature template used with the e-signature content type.

    Video The video link you want an employee to click.

    Appears when you select Play Video in Content type.

    Use the editing tools to enhance the appearance of the text.

    Appears if you do not check Use block content.
