IRM itself is an integrated risk solution that offers automation and continuous monitoring for real-time compliance and risk visibility, enabling better decision-making and improved performance.

Key Features
- Kickoff Session (up to 120 minutes): Establishes process expectations, outlines deliverables, defines customer participation roles, and requests necessary data.
- IRM Maturity Assessment Questionnaire: Participants independently complete a targeted questionnaire to identify gaps and opportunities in their IRM usage.
- Questionnaire Results Analysis: The ServiceNow Impact Squad reviews questionnaire responses and compiles tailored recommendations and best practices to maximize IRM investment.
- IRM Maturity Assessment Report: Includes a maturity score, top five recommended unadopted IRM features, suggested additional initiatives or accelerators, and a comprehensive list of recommendations based on input from IRM leaders.
- Customer Readout Session (up to 120 minutes): Presentation and discussion of assessment results and recommendations, with a proposed plan to guide implementation decisions.
- Follow-up Session (up to 60 minutes): Provides opportunity for questions and further guidance on leading practices as needed.
Customer Responsibilities
Successful engagement requires active participation from key customer roles:
- Platform Owner (Required): Holds overall accountability for the ServiceNow platform, leads system administrators, aligns platform governance with business strategy and roadmap.
- System Administrator(s) (Required): Ensures platform stability and usability, manages application maintenance, supports issue resolution, and delivers configuration updates.
Important Considerations
ServiceNow provides guidance and recommendations but does not execute the implementation plan. Customers retain responsibility for executing the outcomes and actions derived from the assessment.

The Assessment aims to help you streamline the undertaking of organizing the complex tasks of multiple programs, processes, operations, and projects and create a big-picture view of the projects as a single entity to help prioritize and sequence them for optimal business returns.

- IRM Maturity Assessment Report
- The assessment report is a result of the questionnaire and input from ServiceNow IRM leaders and includes the following:
- Maturity score
- The top five recommendations of unadopted product features for IRM
- Additional initiatives or Impact Accelerators to conduct, or specific recommendations to achieve outcomes
- A complete list of recommendations observed
- Customer Readout Session (up to 120 minutes)
