Create filter sets in the Activity stream

Create filter sets to save custom filters for post types and field changes in the Activity stream.

Before you begin

Role required: none

Procedure

1. Open a workspace record in your instance.
2. In the Activity stream, select the filter icon ().
3. Select Filter sets > Create new filter set.
4. Customize the filter set in the Create new filter set modal.

   Name

   Enter a name for the filter set.

   Post types

   Remove any post types you don't want included in the filter set.

   Field changes

   Remove any field changes you don't want included in the filter set.

5. Select Save.
   The new filter set appears in the Filter sets list.
