  • Use Help Center to create help content to provide users with helpful information about the page they are working on within a workspace. Help Center content appears on the sidebar when the user selects the help icon

    Create Help Centercontent

    To create Help Center content, you will create or modify two record types: guidance records and embedded help records. The guidance record enables your content, which is in an embedded help record, to display in the Help Center. This procedure explains how to enable displaying existing embedded help content in the Help Center. For more information see Create Help Center content for configurable workspace.

    Provide feedback to ServiceNow®

    The Help Center menu includes an option you can use to provide your feedback to ServiceNow® about your experience with the current product. All feedback is reviewed and may be used to improve the product. For more information see Provide feedback to ServiceNow.
