Work with bookmarked apps in Creator Studio

Bookmark an app to quickly find it in Creator Studio, as well as ServiceNow Studio.

Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche

All apps that are made and bookmarked in Creator Studio are bookmarked and available to work on in ServiceNow Studio. However, apps that are made in ServiceNow Studio are not available to work on in Creator Studio.

Remarque :

If you already have the app open, you select the bookmark icon () in the navigation panel.

Avant de commencer

To work on an app, your system administrator has to assign you the role of sn_creatorstudio.user or sn_creatorstudio.restricted_user.

Procédure

1. Let's head over to All > App Engine > Creator Studio.
   All the apps built in Creator Studio appear on the home page.
2. Find the app that you want to bookmark.
   For details, check out Find existing apps in Creator Studio.
3. Select the bookmark icon () for the app that you want to bookmark.

Résultats

Find your bookmarked app by selecting the Bookmarks pill on the Creator Studio home page.

Remarque :

If you've entered text in the search bar, your bookmarked app won't appear unless it matches the search criteria. To see all bookmarked apps, make sure you've cleared the search bar.
