  • Admins, delegated developers, and users with Guided Application Creator (GAC) roles have access to work in ServiceNow Studio. Manage access to develop apps and app files in ServiceNow Studio by assigning delegated development permissions.

Delegated development enables designated users without a system admin role to develop or deploy applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform. If you have the application-specific admin role or the system-level admin role, you can delegate application development to designated developers at the application level.

    Remarque :
Currently, only admins and GAC users can create apps in ServiceNow Studio, but delegated developers can work on existing apps and app files.

If a user has the Guided Application Creator role (sn_g_app_creator.app_creator), they can access ServiceNow Studio and create apps. After creating an application, they are automatically assigned the delegated_developer role. For more information about delegated developer permissions, see ServiceNow Studio personas and roles.

For more information about delegated development, see Delegated development and deployment. If you're an admin, you can also assign collaboration permissions to your development team. For more information, see Collaborating on apps using ServiceNow Studio.
