Accessing Workspace Builder

You can access Workspace Builder in both ServiceNow Studio or App Engine Studio (AES).

Workspace Builder in ServiceNow Studio

To open an existing workspace in Workspace Builder using ServiceNow Studio, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to All > App Engine > ServiceNow Studio.
2. Open the workspace in one of the following ways:
   • Search for the workspace by name or code snippet and select it. For details, see Find an app or app file using code search.
   • Search for it in the Filter list bar at the top of the Navigator panel.

   • Find it in the Navigator panel using the following steps:
     1. Select the file categories () next to the Navigator panel.
     2. Expand the User Interface section.
     3. Select Workspace.
     4. Scroll to and then select the workspace you want to open.

Access Workspace Builder in AES

To open an existing workspace in Workspace Builder using AES, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to All > App Engine > App Engine Studio.
2. From the My Apps page, open the application that contains the workspace.
3. Next to the workspace you created, select the additional actions icon () and then select Edit.
4. Select Workspace, and then select Begin.
