  • Use the Build Agent chat panel in ServiceNow Studio to build or update applications through a conversational interaction.

    Build Agent opens automatically on the ServiceNow Studio home page when you begin a new session. Currently, only admins have permissions to use Build Agent.

    The Now Assist panel opens Build Agent with any new ServiceNow Studio session.

    If you close the Now Assist panel at any time, you can reopen Build Agent from the lower-right corner of your browser screen.

    You can also access Build Agent through the ServiceNow IDE. Use the experience switcher to go from ServiceNow Studio to the ServiceNow IDE and access Build Agent there.
