Access recently opened apps and app files in ServiceNow Studio

    • Access your recently opened apps and app files from several locations in ServiceNow Studio.

    Role required: admin or delegated developer

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to All > App Engine > ServiceNow Studio.
    2. Access your recently opened apps and files from either the ServiceNow Studio home page or the Navigator panel.

      1. Locate the app or file card that you want to access under Recently opened files or Recently opened apps.
      2. Select anywhere in the card to open the app or file in a new tab in ServiceNow Studio.

        On the ServiceNow Studio home page, you can access recently opened files and apps.

      3. You can also select View all next to the appropriate category to open a complete list of all recently opened apps or files.
      4. Select the app or file that you want to access in the Label column to open it in a new tab in ServiceNow Studio.

        On theRecents tab, select an app or file under the Label column to open it.
      Navigator panel
      1. In the Navigator panel, select the Recent icon Recent icon to view all recently opened apps and files.
      2. Select the app or file that you want to access to open it in a new tab in ServiceNow Studio.

        The Navigator panel is open to the Recent tab, which displays recently opened apps and files.

      3. You can also open a list of all recently opened files and apps by selecting Open list.
      4. Select the app or file that you want to access in the Label column to open it in a new tab in ServiceNow Studio.
