Summarize an Operational Technology incident by using Now Assist for Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM)
Quickly understand the Operational Technology (OT) incident context and respond to a user's inquiries by using the OT incident summarization skill in the Now Assist for Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM) application.

An OT incident summary provides you with a concise summary of an incident. The summary is based on the OT incident state and is generated from the following information:
- Short description
- Description
- Work notes
- Additional comments
- Priority
- Site
- Equipment model entity
- OT device
- OT incident task
手順
- Navigate to .
- Open the Industrial Workspace list view.
- On the OT Incidents module, select one of the available lists.
- Open the OT incident record that you want to summarize.
- In the OT incident record, select the Summarize button.

When you're finished summarizing an OT incident, you can add it to the work notes, expand or collapse it, provide feedback, copy it, or view information about it.
Option Procedure Save the summary information by adding it to the incident work notes - Select Share as Work notes.
- In the Share Incident summary as Work notes dialog box, edit the summary.
- Select Save to Work notes.
Expand or collapse the summary Select the expand card icon ( ) to view the complete summary or the collapse card icon (
) to view a collapsed summary.
Provide feedback for the summary If you think that the summary was helpful, select the helpful icon ( ). If you think that the summary wasn’t helpful, select the not helpful icon (
).

View the information about the incident summary If you want to check some details about the summary, select the more info icon ( ).
