Customer Responsibilities

- Platform Owner: Oversees the ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and alignment with business goals.
- System Administrator(s): Maintains platform stability, supports application maintenance, and manages configuration and releases.

The assessment aims to help you streamline the undertaking of organizing the complex tasks of multiple programs, processes, operations, and projects. Additionally, it helps to create a big-picture view of the projects as a single entity to help prioritize and sequence them for optimal business returns.
