Submit an automation idea

Discover, prioritize, and manage automation requests from different sources through the Automation Center workspace.

Before you begin

You must install and configure the Automation Center plugin before configuring. See Install Automation Center for more information.

Role required: sn_process_optimization_analyst, sn_process_optimization_power_user, or sn_process_optimization_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Process Mining > Process Mining Workspace.
2. Select a project.
   The Automation Center feature appears under the Summary and Insights or Analyst Workbench tab.
3. Navigate to the right side panel, and select the Improvement Initiatives icon.
4. Select the plus sign to create an automation idea.
   A new Automation Request page opens.
5. Fill out the required fields for your request, and select Submit.

Result

Your new request appears in the Improvement Initiatives panel.
