View Usage Insights data in custom data visualizations

    • You can graphically represent Usage Insights data in your custom Next Experience pages and inline dashboards once you install the Usage Insights Performance Analytics Integration  plugin from the  ServiceNow Store.

    About this task

    The integration of Usage Insights data with Platform Analytics is included with the Usage Insights application.

    To learn more about the available data sources and visualizations, see User Experience Analytics data sources for data visualizations.

    Procedure

    1. Confirm that your instance has the Usage Insights plugin [com.glide.appsee] activated.
    2. Go to the ServiceNow Store, and search for Usage Insights Performance Analytics Integration.
    3. Select the latest version of Usage Insights Performance Analytics Integration.
      The store installs the updates to the Usage Insights Performance Analytics Integration and the data configuration tools.
