    Role required: sn_dyn_guidance_user

    Google must be turned on in AI control tower for Dynamic Guidance to work.

    How to use Dynamic Guidance

    Procedure

    1. Go to an instance you want help on.
    2. Choose from Now Assist panel or Help Center as one of the options to launch Dynamic Guidance from.
    3. Follow these steps to invoke Dynamic Guidance via Help Center:
      1. Launch Help Center from the instance to find Dynamic Guidance as your voice-enabled guide.

      2. Select Start.
    4. Follow these steps to invoke Dynamic Guidance from Now Assist panel:
      1. Navigate to Now Assist panel on your instance.
      2. Select Dynamic Guidance.

      3. Invoke the help agent from Now Assist panel via skill named 'Ask Dynamic Guidance for help'.
      4. Select Open Dynamic Guidance.
    5. Select Start to enable.
    6. Authorize the users' consent modal for screen sharing and microphone access.
      This modal appears for first time users only.
    7. Select Allow to enable access to the browser tab.

    8. Allow and enable voice and screen sharing in browser tabs, when prompted.
    9. Ask your question verbally to hear a conversational response real-time.

      Note:
      The response will be relevant and according to the instance screen you use.
    10. End the conversation when you need and provide a feedback as prompted.
    11. Select Submit to save your response.
