Amit Saxena is general manager and vice president of Automation Engine and hyperautomation expert at ServiceNow. He leads efforts to unify customers’ approach to hyperautomation on a single platform by automating and connecting anything to ServiceNow. Amit's domain expertise spans hyperautomation, robotic process automation (RPA), software as a service (SaaS), integration platform as a service (iPaaS), and machine learning.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Amit led the Intelligent Automation portfolio for Oracle. Earlier in his career, he worked as a lead product manager for the industry's first cloud-native RPA product at Automation Anywhere. At MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce), Amit led the Anypoint Exchange and Connectivity product line. Before MuleSoft, he held product leadership roles at Celigo, Eventley (co-founder), Salesforce, and First American Credco.
