I have a requirement to integrate search via BOX, it takes value of a variable on catalog item, then search that value through BOX. Is that even possible by AI Search, by create a Box external content connector? Or are there any other approaches?
How can we configure AI Search on the Service Portal so that when a user searches for a term matching a record in a custom software list table (software names), the search results return and redirect the user to a single static catalog item?
Hi, When searching on the ESC search box for any incident/request/requested item it shows the exact match search but when click on that it is redirecting to native UI . It should viewed on the same portal. Could anyone help to fix the issue.
