Event Management: How to Capture Close at time in Alerts

I have written a BR to capture to Close at time of Alerts but that doesn't seem to work in Group Alerts. Any Idea on what the best way is to capture close at time of Alerts.

Hi @Rajat Singahl ,

There is not required to write any BR on Alerts Table , This is not recommended.

You can use the OOB attribute CLOSE to capture the closed time of alerts, using gear button on list view of all alerts you can configure the same.
