Hi folks,
I have been trying unsuccessfully to hide a duplicate dashboard from the Service Operations Workspace home page. However, some users still have this dashboard set as their default home page dashboard.
First, I tried to disable the PAR Dashboard, but the user then received the following alert message:
"This dashboard is currently inactive and not available for general use. You may reactivate it from the library."
After that, I tried to remove the Service Operations option, but the option to choose dashboards disappeared.
Is there any way to disable this dashboard and set the other "Overview" dashboard as the default on the page?
