My instance is not receiving any email

My instance is not receiving email, and in email diagnostics it is like this, how to solve this?

Hi @devservicenow k ,

No, we can't create email accounts it needs to be provisioned the password but it is not possible on PDIs. May be receiving emails completely disabled on PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,

ServiceNow disabled the sending and receiving emails on PDIs and  Inbound email action won't work in PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,

POP3 server required to store and receive email for the instance. By default account created and password is provisioned and updated automatically.

By Default you can't update those user name and password but in you are below screen fields are editable and if you update something on password can't do anything.

If you update the password on your PDI you can't retrieve.

Try on different instance.

Bro but all the Instance which are created new after August month there is not email account OOB available.

so i have instance created after august month only
