my approvals are missing links to supply chain contract. No information shown

I have a supply chain contract I want to add approvers to.  see screen shot#1 but when a person goes to review their approvals there is no information that links back to the contract.  See screen shot#2.  its impossible to know what the person is approving.  I'd be happy with a workaround such as a report that shows the parent contract being asked to approve.

How are approvals creating?

Can you check the Approving field if it is mapping correctly or not?
