Hello Everyone,

I am currently utilizing Business Continuity Management for Events and Crisis. In the 'Vancouver' version, I had access to the 'Emergency Notification' tab within the BCM workspace. However, after upgrading to the 'Xanadu' version, I have noticed that this tab is no longer visible in the workspace.

I am seeking clarification on whether the absence of the 'Emergency Notification' tab is a result of the version change or if there are specific settings that need to be enabled to restore its visibility. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ersureshbe
The tab is still present in the Xanadu version. It's not deprecated.
If it's not showing up in your instance, then please check the related list configuration under workspace view.
1. Open any one crisis event record at the backend (Classic UI)
2. Select the view as "Workspace"

3. Configure the related list

If it's not here under "Selected", then search that in "Available" section and add that.
Then go to workspace and refresh. You can see the "Emergency Notification" related list.

Hi @J Siva ,

Thanks for your speedy response. I tried the same steps, there is no 'Emergency Notifcations' listed in the related list. Please find below link. Please refer below screenshot.

Hi @ersureshbe ,

Do you see "Emergency Notifcations " in the Native UI , Workspace view , like this :

If you don't, try changing the Application scope to "GRC: Crisis Management".

If you still don't see it, then you might have o raise a Support case with ServiceNow.

Hi Sandeep,

It's not showing in the native UI.

Suresh.
