ITSM HAM features in Washington Release

Hi All,

 

I have gone thru' the release notes of HAM in Washington release.

I see most of them are HAM pro features. Can anyone help me with ITSM ham features in Washington release.

afaik, there are no Base Asset Mgmt (Platform) changes, only EAM, HAM and SAM which are part of ITAM BU
