Issue with relationship creation for CI.

Hi All,

I have an integration that, the CI's will be created in source which are Applint followed that provider Application and consumer application. All 3 we have different transform map to receive the payload.

 

However, when ever the appInt created in servicenow provider Application ( TYPE as Receives data from)  and consumer application (TYPE as Sends data to) will be created into the related list of AppInt CI. And have to create a upstream relationship.

 

The issue i am facing here is if the provider and consumer are same CI then relationship is creating only for 1 from consumer application alone. Not from the provider. I don't have any related BR to avoid such logic.

Can someone confirm this is any kind of OOB setup?

Just Trying to Understand - 

if the provider and consumer are same CI -- So Application ABC is the Provider and Application ABC is Consumer too?

 

ABC ::Receives Data From::Sends Data To :: ABC
