Unable to Integrate JIRA Servicenow. Getting error 401 - Invalid username/password combo' while sending REST API call to JIRA Cloud and Invalid URL Query.  Tried both in SNOW and POSTMAN still getting the same error message.

Showing who approves on behalf of another.

When we set a delegate for approvals, the approval comes across as the original person not approved by xyz on behalf of abc. Is there a way to indicate who approved on behalf of someone?

Values not popping up

I have a due date column in HR Case table which will automatically take up the value of the SLA due running on that tickets. But for the past few days it shows empty but the SLA is running fine. What might be the issue here?
