Hi @nadiamirra ,
If you are talking about PDI - This plugin is not free so you can't access it in PDI. You can access it on client Env (Official environemnt).
If you are talking about Official Instance then:-
To access Now Assist AI Agent Studio on ServiceNow, ensure your instance is on the Yokohama release or later, activate the "Now Assist AI Agents" plugin (sn_aia), and then navigate to Now Assist AI Agents > Overview in the application navigator. If you still can't access it, check your user role permissions, consider repairing the plugin, and verify your Gen AI license and the Gen AI Controller plugin version.
If my answer helped you, please makr it- solution accepted. This will help future readers as well.

Hi nadiamirra,
To access the Now Assist AI Agent Studio in ServiceNow, please follow these steps:
Verify the Instance Version first, and ensure your ServiceNow instance is on the Yokohama release, as the AI Agent Studio is available from this release onward.
1. Activate the Plugin: Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
Search for "Now Assist AI Agents" and click Install to activate the plugin.
2. Access AI Agent Studio: After activation, go to Now Assist AI Agents > Overview in the application navigator. This will open the AI Agent Studio, where you can create and manage AI agents.
If you do not see the Now Assist AI Agents module or encounter any issues, it's possible that your user role lacks the necessary permissions, or your instance may not support this feature. In such cases, please contact ServiceNow support (Hi Portal) for assistance.
I hope this helps! Please mark this comment as a helpful comment, Thank you!
Best regards,
Ankita Patil

Hi @nadiamirra
Please not that these features you can't install on your "PDI".
You need to have the plugins installed on a "client instance" or your "company's demo instance".

Hi @nadiamirra
AI Agent Studio is available starting with the Yokohama release and in all newer versions.
Agent Studio isn’t available on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). To use it, you’ll need to be on a customer or company instance with the right licensing and the necessary plugins enabled.
