Can we customize Now Assist Panel welcome message

Can we customize Now Assist Panel welcome message like adding a new AI disclaimer or some other message.

To personalize the Now Assist Panel’s welcome message to include an AI disclaimer-

 update the Greeting or Greeting Variable in the appropriate Now Assist Configuration or Skill through the Now Assist Admin interface.

All these posts relates to VA not Now Assist panel. 

Does VA greeting applies to Now Assist Panel as well ? in my case VA is not yet transitioned to Now Assist based its still NLU based
