In ServiceNow SAM pro - can we have one catalog item to request many different softwares such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel? Bear in mind that entitlements need to be adjusted as soon as requests are made and fulfilled.
Why is Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management plugin/store app is displayed as Inactive even if installed correctly in Application Manager?Does this plugin/store app require additional activation?
We have MS 365 license subscription for our customer. Old software file is also detected from end user devices. What would be the recommendation?How can we whitelist? Or can we ignore software detection completely? Any other suggestion? Thanks,KUMAR
