How to reconcile ServiceNow license consumption to entitlements?

Does anyone has experience with reconciling the ServiceNow licenses (ITSM, ITOM, HR, etc) to the license entitlements? 

We have the ability to retrieve the consumption for a few products from a specific table (license details), but haven't figured out how to connect this to the entitlements. So it seems like SAM Pro is not able to get consumption for these licenses, although it's both ServiceNow....

There is a 'platform' Subscription Management module (not SAM Pro) which provides details of ServiceNow license usage.

That the ServiceNow SAM Pro SaaS module cannot manage ServiceNow license entitlements is a major flaw/issue!
