Questions about Performance Analytics usage

Hi community,

after installing PA plugin in the PDI instance and checking the documentation from: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-security-management/page/use/dashboards/application-co...

I am still not sure how to answer the following question:

Performance Analytics allows users to:

(3 valid options)
(a) Track usage of a particular software.
(b) Assess publisher compliance over a period of time.
(c) Configure software reclamation.
(d) View trends of software license allocations.
(e) Remediate non-compliance

as PA is used to track historical data, would the answers be: (a), (b) and (d)?

Thanks for any inputs.

David

Hi,

Yes, options a),b) and d) are correct.

As PA is used for data analysis and provide reports and trends based on historical data. PA does not make changes to the data like c) Configure software reclamation and e)Remediate non-compliance.

Thanks Anil, the answer C was not clear to me, because "Remediate non-compliance" can also mean to support based on historical trends (as there is a tab for non-compliant publishers), and for option (a) by default the OOB dashboard does not display software usage via trends.
